Is spring coming anytime soon? It’s been a rough winter so far. With weeks straight of Sub-Zero weather and very little snow cover we have had many calls of freeze ups. The good news is I think we are past that hurdle. It won’t be long and it will warm up and we will be dealing with mud instead. That being said keep in mind that once the ground does thaw not only does the mud slow us down and sometimes stops us but the road restrictions put a damper on our work as well. If you are on the fence about getting your system pumped keep in mind that once spring thaw comes we may not be able to get to you. We ask that you plan ahead and schedule your maintenace before spring thaw comes. We are also starting to book appointments for riser installs to bring your access cover to grade and code for the spring. This is something we can do with the road restrictions in place and when it’s too muddy to get out and pump. Give us a call or send us a message to get scheduled for maintenance or service work.
2017 Holiday Parade
First off I would like to thank the Mora area fire department for organizing the parade that was held on November 25th 2017. The parade is growing and we were honered to have been asked to be in the parade as well as the extended portion of the parade. We put alot of time and effort into decorating our truck for this event and it was well worth it! The spectators really seemed to enjoy it. We are proud to be part of this wonderful community and appreciate all of the support and compliments we have got from everyone. Elite septic is a local small business and your support is what helps keep a small business going and new ones to start up. With that all said I would just like to say thank you!
Winter Rates
Winter is here whether we like it or not. With that said comes the winter rates. Why do we charge winter rates you may ask. Well here is the answer. In the winter everything freezes up on us. Our hoses and couplings freeze. Our valves freeze. Our pump freezes. Man hole covers are frozen down or burried in snow. All of this as well as dragging hose through the deep snow take much more time to get jobs done. Over the last week we have been running into this problem on a daily basis. With that being said our winter rate will be going into effect. There is still time to get your septic maintenance scheduled before the rates go into effect November 20th.
